![]() The funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 15, at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Steingass officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 14, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn. Ron was preceded in death by his parents. Ron is survived by his wife, Irene Crissman of Shannondale, two daughters, Linda Hoff and her husband Dave of Treasure Lake and Diane Crissman of Pittsburgh, four sons, Kim Crissman and his wife Gwen of Alburquerque, New Mexico, Stan Crissman and his wife Barb of Shannondale, Bob Crissman and his wife Terri of Pansy, and David Crissman and his wife Kathy of Hawthorn, sixteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, and three sisters, Gloria Wolfgong and husband Amos of Summerville, Helen Rudolfie and husband Rudy of Long Beach, California, and Donna Contee and husband Jim of Brookville. He will be sadly missed by his family, but they will carry your memory in their hearts. Love leaves a memory that no one can steal. It was then sold to Alpheus Kellogg (1850-1930)(ALW48).Ronald Sherwood Crissman, 84 of Mayport (Shannondale), quietly passed away in his home on Sunday, January 12. This farm was originally settled by George Tarr (1766-1845) who came from Eastern PA about 1800 and was in the Tarr family for three generations.
